The owner wants to have a modern contemporary look to his house, and have a need of roomy spaces. We designed a three-story house that fulfills the owner’s need for space while also providing energy efficiency by allowing maximum daylight and having the possibility to be naturally ventilated by opening its windows—without reducing the privacy of the owner.

The second-skin facade not also gives a unique, contemporary look but also acts as sun-screening that reduces the heat and gives privacy to the fully-glazed facade.
