Maritim Tower is an iconic building in North Jakarta which is the first project of PT Menara Maritim Indonesia. It was established with the aim of forming ecosystems in the maritime & port area. Maritime Tower is located in the center of the largest business and commercial district in Jakarta Utara. 

Lighting design for this office & commercial building mixes the need for office workers’ daily comfort with overall building ambience, emphasizing interesting points of the architectural design.

The building lighting design's concept is “As stand out as the ship on the sea”, representing a ship that is bright and elegant, so that it can draw attention from the edge of the pier. Lighting on the ground floor area is designed brightly so that the ship seems to float. In the podium area, the special lighting concept is inspired by the cruise deck, while the tower area is inspired by the ship layer by using a flexible dot lamp that gives fluttering layers effect.
