Gadjah Mada University is one of the largest and popular University in Indonesia. Located in Yogyakarta which is famous as student city. Gadjah Mada University has many students from the other city and also from the other country who interested to study and do student exchange. It is also because of Yogyakarta city has a lot of unique culture and history of the building to learn. As well as Gadjah Mada University has characteristic and regulations of the building that we need to know before designing.

Despite of that, there are 3 Main Concepts that we used to designed the building, those are Classroom Concept, Green Building, and Smart Building. Classroom concept implement learning function activities and organizational structure and adapt to the culture of Master of Economics Development Gadjah Mada University with green spaces for study for the comfort and health of the users and also take advantage of technological sophistication to facilitate learning. We combined that 3 concepts with Gadjah Mada University building regulations
