INALUM OFFICE

PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminum or better known as Inalum is the first and largest Indonesian BUMN engaged in aluminum smelting. The office of inalum located in Medan, North of Sumatra, Indonesia which is rich of culture. The employees worked at Inalum Office have young spirit, especially The Main Director. They want to have their workspace made like the office of start up companies which has millenial and colorful Interior office. This aims to increase the work productivity and creativity of employees, and moreover The employees are not easily get bored.

We designed some room with millenial and colorful concept, that makes the office unformal, cozy, playful impressed. In The staff office, we used a unique design furniture, colorful carpet and some organic shape of lamp to make the ceiling design more unique and not plain. In some room, such as Cafetaria and Director’s room, we put some material with local texture on it, to enhanced the local material of Medan. We designed grand entrance and lobby, giving luxury first impression to building users.
