Graha Telkomsigma 2 stands as a landmark of geometric architecture in the urban hub of Tangerang, an industrial and manufacturing hub outside of Jakarta. This building is owned by PT Sigma Cipta Caraka (Telkomsigma), is a leading integrated End-to-End ICT Solutions company.
It’s futuristic angles, red lights, and spiked roof all signify that the building is different, but beyond its exterior, this iconic building is also designed with green features to reduce environmental impact and save on operational costs.

High-performance magnetic-bearing centrifugal chiller, external shading devices, and energy-saving lighting system reduce the building’s energy use, while rainwater harvesting system, black water treatment, and recycling system reduce the building’s water use by three-quarters.

Graha Telkomsigma 2 has received a preliminary EDGE certificate from the Green Building Council Indonesia.
