Located in Letjen S. Parman Street, West Jakarta, Wisma 81, also called Toto Tower, is an office tower design developed for Toto, the world’s leading suppliers of bathroom products. This twenty-four stories building design My ability was used by PT.Airmas Asri to enhance their reputation by creating a dynamic form design option , bringing a water-drop design theme to the eyes of the owner. Parametric was used to boost the design speed, enabling the design to be delivered in tight working time. Designed with 12 stories in height: 4 stories of basement parking, a podium with a mezzanine floor, and 11 typical stories.  The total GFA 17,000 sqm including the basement.
